Bartenders
- Hold current state licensing to pour alcohol
- Set bars
- Chill beer/wine
- Cut bar fruit
- Arrange glassware
- Serve mixed drinks
- Keep bar area tidy
- Pour wine with dinner
- Bring bar tools (corkscrew, bottle opener, shaker, strainer, ice scoop)
- Monitor guest consumption
- Recycle (when available)
- Break down bar
- Pack up remaining product
- Clean bar area

Event Management:

- Captain(s) to oversee crew
- Registration / Check in
- Coat / Bag check
- Assistance with name tags
- Distribution of gift bags
- Bathroom attendants
